I write about today’s youth and AANHPI (Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander) communities, with work in publications like Teen Vogue, The Guardian, and NBC Asian America. By day, I’m also a product marketing writer who turns technical language into stories that resonate with humans.

My writing experience is rooted in journalism, but I’m passionate about storytelling across all mediums—I wrote and co-developed a video game about the remaining Japantowns in the U.S. called J-Town: A Visual Novel (play it on Steam or itch.io!)

I’m a graduate of UC Irvine’s literary journalism and Asian American studies programs. I live in Pasadena, California. 🦜
